Kokai is a hidden gem in Doral... I used to work in that area many years ago, and used to go quite often for lunch.  

They have great rice-less rolls (my fave), their house salad is everything but basic, and their sashimi is excellent!  Service is good, a little slow if you go during the lunch rush hour, so make sure you have enough time.  Its best for small groups.  

Too bad I no longer work close to Kokai.. I miss it!
